When you are responding to (such as making reservations for the annual meeting) do not do so by clicking replay or replay to all.  For one, everybody does not need their mailboxes filled with everyone else's replies.  Another reason is that when I get these replies, all the replies that have been initiated from their first email are all embedded in my email as well as all those whom your replied to everyone with.  This blows up the server.  Makes the email unstable, and it is difficult to figure out who is exactly responding.   The best way is to open a new email and send your information accordingly  My email address is jghermsen@yahoo.com   This is the same when responding to another's email.  Most internet hosts allows you to either keep the original message(s) or omit them.  It is best to omit it unless you feel it is absolutely necessary to be part of your reply.
