Jim,
I've also learned recently that repeated emails to inactive email accounts
raise red flags regarding potential spam. In fact, email providers will
deliberately seed (create) inactive email accounts (known as "honeypot
email accounts") and put them online in order to catch spammers,
harvesters, and bots.
It may be wise to research the emails in the list to ensure that they are,
in fact, active email accounts.
Btw, I have been wanting to attend one of the meetings for many years now.
Unfortunately, I have never been able to afford such a trip. However, that
may be changing in the future. I graduated last year with a Masters in
Library and Information Studies and a Masters in Archival Studies; and last
week I landed a Library job in Vancouver, BC.
Cordially,
Manfred Nissley

Jim,
I'm so glad you got a new email address. For years, your emails have
always gone to my spam folder, because Google always said it was non-secure
mail. Tonight, your email with the above new address went right into my
Inbox--as secure mail.
